All this will occur at The Glencoe Club, one of Calgary's most prestigious social establishments and on- line at PeerDiligence.com followed by question period and open networking both at the event and online.

Terms and Conditions:

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your spot (first come first serve)
Balance due before the day of the live event (September 14, 2011)
If the event is cancelled a 100% refund will be issued
Live streaming of the event is considered a "bonus feature" and is not guaranteed. Although Internet broadcasts are very reliable, there is no way of knowing 100% of the quality of Internet broadcasting.
To view online broadcasts viewers need to have broadband Internet with a minimum of 500K bandwidth service. Since viewers' Internet connection speed does vary we can not guarantee that the entire audience will be able to watch all of the online broadcast. If for any reason we are unable to transmit the event live, we will offer a "view on demand" option to attendees following the event.
As a goodwill compensation, we will give issuers a 25% refund if the live broadcast is canceled due to an outage by the Internet service provider.

Exclusions: Peer Diligence is an impartial service. Organizers do not sell or endorse investment products. Peer Diligence organizers are not certified financial planners and do not offer any legal or financial advice to anyone involved during our events. PeerDiligence is simply a networking service and a communications portal. Presenters and net-workers are 100% responsible for their content and are entirely responsible for seeking their own legal advice.
